EARLY REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN UNTIL MARCH 31ST, 2012. We have negotiated hard with Naramata Centre and now Tuition is reduced! Pay online with a Credit Card, send us a cheque or come up with a payment plan to suit your needs!

Below is a price breakdown of the different packages available. There is no Friday dinner this year or Sunday bag lunch.

Please read the instructions carefully for registration. There is a lot of information for us to gather. All meals are vegetarian, with a free vegan option. Naramata Centre has added a fee of $5.00/day for a gluten free diet. Accommodation can be single or shared. Tell us who you would like to share with, or we will put you in with someone. OPTION 1: Online Credit Card Full Payment

Registering online is a TWO stage process.
STAGE 1) By clicking on the "PAY NOW!" link below, you will be directed to the online shopping cart hosted by MINDBODY. MINDBODY and the Waiver form will open in a new tab. This page will always be here for reference.

• Tuition will automatically be added to your shopping cart.


• To add meals, or your accommodation package, and gluten free diet, (if required) please scroll down and click on the "Continue Shopping" link.


• All options are in alphabetical order, simply choose the package or meals that you would like or:


• To narrow down your options, in the category link to the right, you can choose retreat options, then choose Full Retreat, Economy, or Tuition Only.


• To move back and forth from your shopping cart, and the Retreat Options click the link “Continue Shopping”.


• If you are paying for friends or family members, adjust the quantity in the shopping cart.


• When you have finished shopping click on the "Check Out" icon


• If you are new to using MINDBODY with us you will need to set up a USERNAME and PASSWORD.


• Save this information for future SOYA RETREATS, RENEWING YOUR LISTING in the Teacher Directory, REGISTERING FOR TEACHER TRAINING and purchasing Yoga Products.


• MINDBODY will guide you through the payment process

STAGE 2)After registering please give us more information and fill out the More Information, Cancellation and Waiver form. This is where you can tell us if you are vegan, who you would like to share with and any other comments. If you registered for someone else, please add their name to the form. We require this information to complete your Registration.

OPTION 2: Cheque or Phone In Credit Card Full Payment

On the "REGISTER HERE" form below, the costs for the SOYA Retreat include HST, so they will appear different from the ONLINE PAYMENT Registration Form. We didn't want to make you do too much math as you have to add it up yourselves!

Economy Package and Full Retreat Package include the Tuition, Accommodation, Meals and HST. If you require a gluten free diet you need to add this to your total.

Tuition Only Package gives you the option to add Saturday Lunch and Dinner. These prices include HST. This package is for those of you sleeping somewhere other than Naramata Centre.

OPTION 3: Payment Plan by Cheque or Credit Card

Cancellation Policy on $100 Deposit: * 50% cancellation fee on the deposit to Dec 31/11 * No refund on the deposit after Jan 1st/12

If you would like to Register with a payment plan by cheque or phone in your credit card, please fill out this SOYA Registration Form and put your payment schedule in the appropriate field. A $100 deposit is required. If you are wanting the EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT please schedule the remainder of your payments so you are paid IN FULL by March 31st 2012. If you need longer, please add $50.00 to your total and schedule your payments to end by May. 30th, 2012.

If you would like to make your payment plan online by credit card read the following instructions and then click on the "PAY NOW" link below.

• The "PAY NOW" link takes you to Mind Body Shopping Cart with the Tuition automatically added.


• Delete the tuition by clicking on the "x" to the right of it.


• Underneath the tabs that are along the top you will see "Gifts and Certificates". Click on this link.


• It will ask you to choose an item. Click on the down arrow and choose the "retreat deposit"


• Click on "Make Purchase"


• Click on "Checkout"


• If you are new to using Mind Body with us, you will need to set up a username and password.


• Save this information for future events, and signing up for the Teacher Directory and purchasing Yoga Products.


• Mind Body will guide you through the payment process

After registering please fill out the "REGISTRATION FORM" by clicking on the link below. Check off your RETREAT PACKAGE and if you are VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, and who you would like to SHARE YOUR ROOM WITH. Fill out the appropriate field for your payment plan. I will set up your credit card on MINDBODY so your payments are processed automatically.
