Raise the vibration of your thoughts as you learn new Vinyasa Creations by combining Hand Mudras and Mantra to direct energy and prana flow. You will work on each kosha and include the Hip Opener, Balance Vinyasa, Twisting, Power Vinyasa, Sun Salutation with Mantras and the Forgiveness Salutation as a humble prayer.
